| Norovirus Group II (Recombinant) contains ~1Kb sequence of the Norovirus Gil genome engineered into a surrogate RNA virus. Norovirus Group II (Recombinant) is propagated in the Vero cell line. Heat inactivated culture fluids are sold in 1.0 mL aliquots, and shipped on dry ice. Each lot of viral culture fluid is assayed for its Tissue Culture Infective Dose (TCID50) before being heat inactivated. Custom orders are available, including specific volumes and package sizes. Heat inactivated viral culture fluids are sold as consumable testing materials. The suitability and performance characteristics should be determined by your laboratory for each intended usage.
